May

May was busy.

But what month these days isn't?

I loved this busy May.

It brought us a fantastic trip to GA {even if d, me & ed were more sick than we've ever been. ever. seriously, ever.}

While there, Nolan decided to turn 10 months.  Start climbing stairs {and any other obstacle in his path} and start standing. not cool, but cool, peanut.

We loved meeting baby madison and being there for her blessing.

We love our yearly GA trip, and can't wait till next year!

roasting marshmellows, swimming, hammock time {my favorite}, pebbles and bam bam, tea parties, and lovely kid-free date night {thanks grandma!}

Back home we celebrated growing up.

First Mack.

my furture kindergartner.

seriously, can she stop growing up?

She learned SO much from Mrs. Marjorie, we just loved her!

She is well on her way to being miss smarty pants in kinder.

She had a fun graduation where she and her classmates showed off what they learned all year.

Then awesome Mrs. Marjorie put together an awsome portfolio for each kid, with fantastic pictures of my sweet girl.

i love it!

Next to grow up?

this dude. 

my sweet bubba bubs turned 4.

And what do we do? we celebrate, 4 year old style.

First, he got a date night with mom and dad to an arizona wildcats baseball game, a first for him.

he loved it.

he loved the nachos.

the dippin' dots.

the game.

but most of all?

the game ball that flew into the parking lot on our way out {he only made it to the 7th inning stretch!}

we weren't done celebrating.

we grabbed grandma & grandpa marshall and headed up to camp verde, arizona {3 hrs north} to go see what Out of Africa was all about.

it.  was.  great.

we stayed in a hotel for two nights so we could spend the whole day at the park.

the kids love hotels.

and finally, e got over his fear of the water and remembered he knew how to swim! do flips and dive, even.

 The birthday boy got spoiled with dinos galore.

The only thing he did NOT enjoy about his birthday, the 4 year old shots.
