Since the cool down of weather here, we have started weekly park play dates. They have been very helpful since my kids have been cooped up inside with all the sickness that has gone on at our house. so they LOVE getting out. and then take nice naps for me afterwards. love it. i remembered not only my camera this time, but made sure the SD card was inside:)

my favorite is Kara, mid run.. she broke her leg on halloween but that does not stop this girl!
Buddy, parked it at the top of the playground..right in the path to the slide. he made everyone take a pretzel as a right of passage so they could get by. what a great gatekeeper.
This morning, buddy woke up when he heard ed leave for work... early :( i'm not ready at 6:15 when ed leaves so unless he's screaming, i just let him play in his crib. Mack woke up around 7:15 and came in and laid by me till 8. lazy and lame i know, but apparently i needed the sleep with all that's going on and how busy we've been. But in all that time i didn't hear buddy. Mack was hungry so i got up and went to get the kids breakfast and went to go get e and found this.... he had fallen back asleep and slept till 10:45. perhaps a growth spurt:)
nice i love it when they sleep in! so fun you all can get out and play-wish we could its snowing again here ugh.

ReplyDeleteI'm just catching up on blogs... I hadn't read the whole story behind little e's ordeal. You are one strong woman. I don't think I could've handled a sick baby on top of everything else you've been dealing with.
I hope you are feeling better now that your little one is feeling better :)
