catch up, once again...

all of these pictures are long overdue, they range from the marshall family reunion back in june to my recent month long vacations to Utah and southern California...

Utah: i ran a half marathon with my sister {who is a stud runner.. me, not so much} i wanted to do something with my sister before she moved and i tricked myself in to believing i was still my teenage self that could up and run 13 miles no training- no problem.  6 years post teen and two babies later.. not so much. struggled is and understatement. snapped MULTIPLE times at my sister for trying to motivate me. i was dying and in pain for a good 4-5 days after the race. but all i can say, is i FINISHED. so i'm proud of that. and my champ sister waited with me at all my stops, walks and stretches.. and she NEVER.STOPPED.RUNNING!  she's awesome.  thanks mare!
