random past pics and a play date...

Today i got the pleasure of watching miss gemma lorel for the morning.  and by morning i REALLY mean morning. she came over at 4:30am so her momma could take her little brother in for his...well snip snip:)

me and G curled up on the couch and watch nemo. {more like she sat nicely and quietly while i slept to nemo until my kids woke up}

we did lots of fun things {well i hope they were fun} including watching mickey, playing toys ALL over the house, playing outside with bubbles, going for a walk in the wagon, finger painting, both girls ate an awesome lunch, and then read books till heather came back.

it wore mack out good and she took a great nap for me.. e on the other hand.. not sure if it's teeth or douglas that makes him upset right now. so i gave him benedryl to help with both.. maybe i'll have a peaceful night and a not so early morning tomorrow.

i was also hoping to get a call from ed today. he was thinking day 10 he'd get his first day off.. but alas, still no call and it makes me sad.  it's one thing to be gone for 5 weeks, but NO contact.  it stinks. mack has been calling and crying for him EVERY DAY.  i don't think she believes me when i say he's at work.

these pictures are from a few weeks ago but they are just great examples of my little mack... she loves her chair! {ps i just ordered e's chair for his 1st birthday!} she pulls it all around the room and watches her shows.

then after church one day she climbed in the cupboard and yelled "where's kenzie?" and i grabbed the camera and got the hide and seek:)  she makes me laugh.
