December happenings...

There was a lot, so i'll try to be brief.

First.. how adorable is this naky boy? We started the month off by having a few dr. appts that took us to Tucson, so we stayed in a hotel {the kids and i were flying out the next morning for CA}.  we let e romp naked.. and he decided he would entertain us with rolling over.. all ways.  what a champ.

on december 7th we said adios {for a few weeks} to Ed, and we flew to visit grandma and grandpa in temecula.  We had a blast relaxing and playing.  We helped grandma get ready for the mass of people that would soon flood her home for the holidays.  We took breaks and mack became a master at the slide...all by her self...

I got my last wisdom tooth out, we shopped, mack and i both got our eyes checked {she did fantastic mind you, we shopped, we played with cousins, we had fun grandpa time, naked time, bath time, cousin cannon time, and best of all....MACK IS POTTY TRAINED!!! WOOHOO!

Everyone came out starting the 18th and the party began! (ed also got to fly out a day early cause his Pig bowl football game got done early and we were ale to only pay $3 to change his ticket to the last flight out that night!)

Margie took all her girls out for a few hours and gave us a wonderful shopping spree for christmas!  it was great to get out with the girls and be able to have some time away from the kids:)  {sarah, ellen, patricia and margie were there too... i just stole this picture off cassidy's blog and that's all she had:)}

we came home and found brad and ed with all the kids in the loft playing game cube:)  Thanks boys for watching the kids!

mack and ellie had matching jammies so we had to get a picture of that. mack loves ellie.. and babies and just adored playing with her!  and playing with all the big kids too.  i am pretty sure she was Alyssa's shadow.

We had gift exchanges between cousins and siblings/spouses. it was alot of fun and we all got some really fun stuff. Margie got her christmas wish--a picture with all of her 15 grandkids!

We played a game where all the guys had to put an oreo on their forehead and get it to their mouth without using their hands.... winner got a $25 giftcard to best buy...yeah, ed won!  and did it in no time:)

We also got to do a gift card game between the adults and we each got some really fun ones! Thanks Edward and Margie!

we had a visit from santa.  E loved him. LOVED playing with the beard. mack still hates him.

We went to a pirate dinner and show for one night. it was really fun.  mack did pretty good in it (minus having to go to the bathroom about 3 times during it!) E was just tired but despite that did good and even fell asleep during the cannon battle.  The pirates dubbed E as their favorite child there:)  and gave him the nick name of "Cannon Ball" 

it was a busy fun filled 2.5 weeks. i love it.  It rained the 5 days we were there with everyone and i think we were the only ones that enjoyed that!  i'm glad i was able to relax, do some crafting, see lots of family {even my bro and heather and cannon a few times} we watched the Utah bowl game, and just played and partied all week. Thanks for everything Marshalls.  it was a great christmas!
