I know this is a little late in coming, but we've been busy around here. So since edward was home for easter this year, we were back in Douglas. Some friends put together an easter egg hunt and brunch for the kids. Since Mack is the only girl, of course i made her look the cutest and put her in an adorable dress my mom gave her (the cherry one) and put her hair in pigtails for the first time. SO. STINKING.CUTE. she looked like such a big girl with her hair like that. made all the boys hearts melt {esp. the grown men:)...}
Also, on easter sunday, we were invited to our neighbors down the street for a dinner. i had my first taste of lamb, it wasn't too bad. and again, we dressed mack up super cute {blue dress was ed's pick} we got our easter baskets, which, mack's was overflowing with her new garden tools so she can help daddy outside.
i had mack wear her "real" easter dress the week before easter, since the actual holiday was on conference... so the brown dot dress was what she got new... according to ed, it shouldn't be classified as an easter dress cause it wasn't bright and colorful.. i beg to differ.
