thanksgiving, family pictures, and 10 months

As our usual Thanksgiving tradition goes, the Marshlls were able to come out and join us.  this time, since they have retired, we got to spend a whole week with them.  We had lots of fun, playing and having tea parties, and helping grandma cook, and making crafts, and being silly with grandpa.

We also love that Grandpa Marshall loves to take pictures, and that he so kindly takes our family picture every november!  here's a little sampling of my cute family:)

When I saw this shot of us walking with the kids, i instantly thought of our engagement pictures nearly 6 years ago... it was kinda cool to see them side by side.. maybe that's just me, but i liked it! 

On the 30th, D turned 10 months old.  This little cutie pie is CRAZY!  but i love his kind of crazy:)

He does not sit still!  ever.  So photo shoots are a work out and don't turn out all pretty, but oh well.  this is how it is so i'll take it:)

takes two naps each are about 2-3 hours.  Goes to bed at 6:30 and up around 5-6 {not cool but oh well}

He has recently started to refuse baby food, but will eat anything i cook, faster than i can cook it. 

He loves:

grapes, blueberries, hot dogs, grilled cheese sandwiches, peaches, bananas, cereal, crackers, cookies, milk, juice, water, ravioli, potatoes, eggs.. i could go on....

I stopped nursing him the day before his 10 months.  He was getting so wiggly and not very interested but he's loving his bottles i had free formula samples that i'm using up, but he'll drink whole milk too so it doesn't really matter.

He has 8 teeth and molars are on the horizon.

He's letting go of things while he walks around but falls flat on his face when he tries to move without support.  he can climb over my blockades at the stairs and he can get onto the couch, and bubba's bed.  he's a sneaky little guy:)

Still so cute and cuddly.  love this little/big man!
