June 15 is the official start date of monsoon season here... and june 16th did not disappoint! we have been melting here in 108 degrees and it's been miserably hot.. so when i walked outside to go swim with mack and found my FAVORITE sky rolling in.. i ran to my camera and caught every step of it coming in:) we love rain around here!
We did some pre-father's day things on saturday.. we went to chilis for dinner and had our second family night sleep over {due to starting bunkbeds.. that's for another post}
sunday morning we woke up and made ed a big breakfast. the kids loved helping make the muffins. then while daddy relaxed watching a movie, {and d slept the day away} me, mack and e went to make his fathers day cards... and give him his presents. they were so cute about coloring it just right for daddy! we added our FOURTH kid picture to daddy's father's day shirt... mack thinks it's fun to see herself as a baby. then we got ready for lovely 2:30 church:) and the kids piled on daddy for one more picture {mommy is nutso with pictures}
Also, in the world of D, he's sitting up like a champ so we pulled out the jumper for him to try out.. and success.. he loves it.. check out that grin!
