since we've been a bunch of sick-o's {not in a perverted way, as in a we wanna throw up all day way}

i've done lots of crafting for birthdays...

{these all happen to have gone to the same family... the onsie for cute Penelope who turns ONE tomorrow! and the hat and hair bow for tara.. who got a bday present a month early:)...}

Since i was sick for a whole week, i am most likely who passed it to ed who had it for the next week {and we are both still trying to fight it completely off.. this was the WORST either of us had EVER been sick.}  then the kids got sick.. thankfully not as bad as ed and i but enough to need dr. visits... so we spent lots of time looking like this around our house....

..but we did have moments of this...

 {yes i keep attempting to braid mack's hair.. it's SO thin it's hard.. and she's wiggly. i'll get it though}

 then who can resist playing a rousing game of "eek-a-boo"?  well it's mack's favorite to hide under blankets and pretend she's gone and we need to find her.. she loves it even more if she can be in our bed doing this.. because {gasp} we let her jump on our bed.  buddy decided to join in on the action this time and loved it too.

we also go on lots of walks with this nice weather... this particular walk with only mack was a daddy-daughter walk yesterday because i was having a bad mommy day and ignored mack ALL afternoon and told her to only go to her dad {we had a rough few days and a morning and i lost it so she was her father's child yesterday:) }

but there you have it.. lovely 2011 has been filled of being sick so far. hopefully it all came in January and leaves for the rest of the year...i can dream.
