So my friend Callie and I, put on our 2nd Annual Christmas party last night. I personally think it turned out great. We have gotten to know a few more families and so we had a lot more commotion this year. It was great.
We make it a "Cafe Rio Christmas". We divide out the whole meal and each bring part of cafe rio {pork, chicken, rice, cheese, etc.} we were spoiled this year with homemade tortillas and dessert to die for!
We also do a kids gift exchange. The kids love that part:)
This year, we got the professional talents of the one and only Mrs. Tara Huish who supplied us with the greatest cheesy christmas card photo shoots ever! thanks tara! She even got a snap of the kids.. classic. glad I am the mom to the crier. she had a meltdown towards the end of the night...

vance smith...barely missed it due to taking his daddy to work.. but just picture an equally-as-cute-day-younger-than-e boy and you will picture vance.. they even had the same outfit on.. yes, i copied heather on my child's outfit:)
