a bit of catch-up...

in no particular order, i had lots to update so here we go...
park days have returned... and we love them. granted the bugs still need to go, but it's been nice... and mack loves her new boots.

e had his 4 month check up.. and he is as robust as he looks.  a plump 17 lbs. and a tall 26.6 inches tall. {side note, he is finally just "above average" on the charts rather than exploding off the tops of them}

we had a fun week trip up to utah for ed's time off.  we spent a great filled week with family and friends and celebrating ed's 30th birthday!  To give a gift to himself, he bought a boat.  {yes, you read right, a boat...but let's not talk about it} we had great weather and were able to take the boat up to jordanelle to go camping and boating with some family as well.

next, the sad picture i promised.  mack threw up in utah for the first time in her life. it was heartbreaking. poor girl didn't know what was going on... and the three hours of dry heaving that followed, didn't help calm her.  she didn't eat much the following days, and the day she did start to eat good again, was the day of e's check-up... enter picture.
she yaked.  all over the chair, herself, me , the floor, and e's car seat {thankfully the sun-shade was up, or poor e would have been covered}.  she looks sad here but the minute we had her cleaned up, she was fine.  running around laughing.  yes, those are ham and cheese chunks.  yes, i smelled like puke for the remainder of the appointment, yes i got stares as to why my daughter was roaming the building in her diaper.  it was sick but i'm glad i got a picture of it.

  2. It's a good thing you have a boat now so you can take advantage of all of the lakes in these parts *wink*! I volunteer the Huish Family to help you break it in.
