Ed and i got to watch Arianne (3..at the time, now 4) and Wesley (1) for a night while we went Scott and Marisha on a weekend get-a-way to a resort in Midway. (Merry Christmas you guys/Happy Birthday Scott)
So we got to spend Friday afternoon with the kids and have a sleepover with them that night then took them to play with grandma for a bit on saturday. Arianne was so excited for the sleepover and to sleep in her princess air mattress.
I took the kids to Ed's work when i first picked them up and i read books to them and they played with some toys there... (Since Ed and i do NOT have a kid friendly house, no toys, no kids books, etc.) Ed's boss came in the room and gave arianne a princess crown, wand and jewlery... she LOVED them, and even modeled them when we got home. Also, wesley had recently injured his hand and had stitches that i was in charge or changing the bandaging on his little hand (notice the mitt on his left hand)..for close ups, see my mom's webpage

This is Arianne just chillin in the love sac watching Disney playhouse on saturday morning. Then showing what a great big sister she is by helping welsey hold his bottle.. it kept slipping out of his mitt, so she held it up for him.
Yes mare, those are nubbies!!! i loved doing arianne's hair, it looked so cute! Then wesley no matter how hard we tired to divert him from the sharp edges of our tables, (like the huge bag in the way) he still found a way to slide in there to get close to it. He is still at the wobble stage of walking so we had to watch him close when he started moving.
Off to grandma karen's we went. Arianne loves pictures, as long as you show her what they look like after you take them. Then it's just me with both of the kids.
